Facility Tours:
We welcome you to visit Cedar
Dale Pet Resort for a facility tour in advance of your pets stay with us.
We have found that touring the facility at the time of check in or check out is
too stressful for your pet, and it is easier for them to say goodbye to their
family in the front office. But if you are able to visit Cedar Dale before
the arrival day of boarding you may enjoy a tour during the following times:
Monday - Friday 9:00am until
11:30am - and - 4:00pm until 5:00pm
Saturday 9:00am until 11:30 am
Sundays, Holidays and Peak Board times

Special Diets:
Included in your pets daily
board rate we feed a premium dry food. If your pet has special dietary
needs you are welcome to bring along food from home. Our only request is
that your pets food be portioned into meals, individually bagged according to
meal frequency. If you choose to bring your pets food in bulk, there is a
$1.00 per day handling fee. As always we supply all stainless steel food
and water implements, so there is no need to bring these items along.
Bedding:
Cedar Dale Pet Resort provides
every guest with a raised bed and comfortable bedding. If you still feel
the need to bring bedding from home we accept small rugs or blankets that can be
laundered. Your last name and your pets name must be on the bedding in
permanent marker. Large or cushioned beds are not accepted.
Late arrivals and departures:
If you
are running late in dropping off or picking up your pet we can make special
arrangements for you to come in up to 30 minutes after our office hours.
Late arrivals and departures are by APPOINTMENT ONLY and a $25.00 surcharge per
pet will be applied to your bill. No arrivals or departures are allowed
beyond this 30 minute grace period. |
